Make a police report and get a copy of the report. Stick it in the community board in your condo so others are aware of the scam. Also put a copy on your inside door so your parent are ALWAYS alert to scammers. Older folks can sometimes forget, so the notice right at the door will always remind them the world is a dangerous place (Sadly much much more dangerous than it was 30 years ago before internet)
