Proton Savvy Gearbox, How much is it really?

Hi.
Im trying to get my Savvy's manual gearbox replaced sebijik. I told my mechanic to source it for me and he quoted RM 1800 including installation, trans fluid etc. I'm curious. I saw in Savvy fb group, Mudah and even Shopee the gearbox price range can be as low as RM 500 to RM 2000 ish. Realistically speaking, how much is the reasonable price for a decent manual gearbox for this car? |

Certaintly puts a peace of mind on my side. Thanks and will proceedthe reason a workshop quoted rm1800 , already include all sorts of things plus incase any problem they can replace it with another half cut unit, usually they got a contact with half cut seller, plus they know trusted half cut seller which sell quality parts |
