public, which represents an overall oversubscription rate of 1.61 times. For the Bumiputera Malaysian Public portion, a

even though low OS , this company WTEC have sold aii the shares - got MILLIONS RM

there is no reason to make it open RED for example 20 sen , when ALL the shares SOLD @ 25 sen.

If open RED sindrom continues , BYE BYE to the IPOs....will be under subscribed - NO listing ...ALL will be losers
