 Happy Deepavali, cinemas seem to be all packed

Happy Deepavali to all!

Was at Mid Valley, and One Utama, couldnt get any seats for Vel and Tamil Magan. So packed!

no tickets for these two shows? i was in midvalley and they seems to have a dedicated line for these two movies...but no one lined-up also...while the main line was jam-packed as usual...

Stiffen, it's not just Mid Valley and 1 Utama. It's like this in most cinemas around the country too. I was in Penang since Deepavali day and all evening shows were sold out. In places like GSC Gurney Plaza, Star Screen Cinemas Bukit Jambul, and I heard even in Iswaria Federal KL, evening tickets were gone by morning itself. I'm sure it's the same in most other cinemas too.

Brokenomerta, there was nobody in the queue probably because everyone who wanted to get their tickets for the day has already bought up the whole hall. Usually Mid Valley makes announcements over the PA system to inform, so in this case, the lines might have been left open for advance days purchases.
