Sufficient sleep is very important for good health and performance during work. Try sleeping earlier with one hour of no-screen before sleep.
Magnesium related supplement is also known to improve sleep. U have to trial and error until you found what works for you. That's the same for work too(start by small changes then if no use only go bigger measure ie switch job).
