Main purpose of the stroller is going to be for walking around the park on tar surface.

I don't mind second hand, but what's a good model? I just need something basic.

I went to Mothercare, they claim for stroller to be used on tar, it needs to have rubber, not plastic wheel. Is that true? Their cheapest rubber wheel stroller also is around RM1.3k. Used is around RM800

Thanks!

Just my opinion, I don't think there is any difference using rubber or plastic wheel. It is better to focus on your budget, then the size (larger is better, confortable, sturdy but become inconvenient to carry around, load and unload from car), then lastly brand (higher price brand is usually lighter and more features)

For budget conscious, go for sweet cherry. If one light, can search for combi

I'm considering the Joie Muze LX. It seems much more sturdier and comfortable than the pricier options, those were flimsy. But apparently the others are more expensive due to being smaller, lighter and easier to move around when folded.

don bother anything too luxurious..

for some babies, once they are able to walk, they will refuse to get into a stroller, like mine... focus on ur needs up to maybe 2 years old.. those approx RM500 ones will suffice..

after that if u still need one, just get one of those cheap full plastic ones from shopee.. RM150 can get...

Yes but my concern is, will plastic wheels be an issue for tar roads?
