Sony X90L, Juddering

Hi Guys
I just purchased the X90L and emailed their customer service about a slight judder every time i play PS5 games with vrr on , Sony replied from Singapore that the x90L there is only 100hz , I read the Malaysia specs and they claim Malaysia has 120hz , is there any way i can check on this guys ? |

If official show 120Hz then just show it back to them.
