 Sony X90L, Juddering

Hi Guys
I just purchased the X90L and emailed their customer service about a slight judder every time i play PS5 games with vrr on , Sony replied from Singapore that the x90L there is only 100hz , I read the Malaysia specs and they claim Malaysia has 120hz , is there any way i can check on this guys ?

If official show 120Hz then just show it back to them.

Hi , anyway that can verify this ?
Even their Android 10 system doesn’t support 4k, the Google tv menu is only 1080p. Only android ver 12 and up supports 4k

Make sure hdmi input you are using for ps5 set to “enhanced format” on your tv settings

only the google TV menu is 1080p , if your content is 4K , it will play on 4K

Turn off those motion compensation... its filling in black frame IMO

Watching anime also same problem
