BIOS suspect locked

Good day Si Fu sekalian,
Im currently running Linux Ubuntu on my laptop and i would like to reformat it and change to Window 10. The problem is when i try to change the priority boot in my BIOS from boot ubuntu to boot via USB , i cant change, i can't access the column at all ( it seems like it is locked ) .
anyone here can help me out please. thanks

during boot, press f10, or f2 or esc depending on brand. then select your usb
