 BIOS suspect locked

Good day Si Fu sekalian,

Im currently running Linux Ubuntu on my laptop and i would like to reformat it and change to Window 10. The problem is when i try to change the priority boot in my BIOS from boot ubuntu to boot via USB , i cant change, i can't access the column at all ( it seems like it is locked ) .

anyone here can help me out please. thanks

during boot, press f10, or f2 or esc depending on brand. then select your usb

For ThinkPad, F12 should bring you to boot menu

otherwise in BIOS, check Security -> Password and make sure it's off

Use page up down.
Or try connect external keyboard

To access the boot menu on a ThinkPad T480, press F12 (or Fn+F12) rapidly and repeatedly during startup, when you see the Lenovo logo.

thanks man .. made it in the boot menu , but it prompted this message " verification failed 0x1a security violation "

Did you turn secureboot back on?

 

Change to:
| Lo-Fi Version
0.0212sec    0.66    5 queries    GZIP Disabled
