That KIS 2009, if I buy it now, can I use the key for the 2010 version?

Paid on Friday night, received it today. Recommended seller..

Added on July 1, 2009, 10:04 pmAnd successfully installed KIS2010 version using KIS2009 serial number.

First download the KIS2010 installer from here..
Version 2010 (9.0.0.459)
http://www.kaspersky.com/kis_latest_versions

Install it. After or at the end of the installation process, it will ask for activation code. Just insert the code on the back of the cd cover, and you're done!
