Yes 5G has launched a Raya Bonanza campaign, offering 44GB of free mobile data to both its postpaid and prepaid customers.

Active Yes 5G users can redeem the free 44GB data add-on from today (March 28) until April 3, with the additional quota valid for two days from the redemption date.

It is also worth noting that any unutilised data following the add-on's expiry date will be forfeited.

To claim the free data, users will need to install the MyYES app, available on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Huawei AppGallery. Once installed, users can navigate to the "Add On" section in the app to get the add-on.

Yes 5G customers also stand a chance to win various prizes, including smartphones, during the Raya Bonanza campaign. More information is available on the telco's website.

Plan Eligibility:

Voucher Distribution and Redemption:
Data vouchers will be distributed to eligible subscribers through the XOX BLACK App on 31 March 2025.
The voucher can be claimed and redeemed through the following steps:

iii. Once redeemed, 5GB data to be activated as active data.

Subscribers must redeem the voucher within 1 day from the issuance date. The voucher will be valid only for 24 hours, expiring at 11:59 PM on 31 March 2025.

Expiry of Voucher:

The 5GB data voucher must be redeemed on or before 31 March 2025. The voucher will expire at 11:59 PM on 31 March 2025 and cannot be extended or redeemed after this time.

but in malls and carpark the issue arise 🙊

the worst situation is when using ewallet and getting stuck 🙈

Plus when online banking to pay all sorts of bills, then stuck out of no where
This morning need to pay astro bill thru online, suddenly payment pending, astro server error, then try again 10 minutes later then success, raya tsunami everything seems stuck 🔑😎🔥

after all this loading and error, the worst case is bank deducted the money and payment doesn’t show in app 😂

Yes, thank god it didn't happen to me, as after the payment already received an email mentioned successful payment
