Well, let’s hope the authorities arrest this person before he torture another dog.  I do not wish to speculate on the race but I hope the authorities will take this seriously and get the culprit/s.  I doubt only one person can do this to a dog as it will struggle.  Likely min 2 pax since one will have to hold the dog whilst the other… damn, thinking of this makes my blood boil 😡😡😡😡😡😡
