Crucial is nearly always been with Micron chips whether its for RAM or NAND & RAM for its SSD.

While unpopular with DDR5, certain micron chips dies were extremely popular with DDR4 OCers as Edie are value option OC to Sam Bdies.

Not sure how you can buy all the way from USA without doing any research, but Amazon does have return policy.

Because well, Crucial is by Micron, so of course they're gonna use their own chips  tongue.gif

Yes which is why its odd that some peeps think their using something else. On & off they had mix with others ie Sam Bdies in certain series, but majority their using their own stuff.

Ironically if you wanted Hynix Adies you could have went with just about any brand; Kingston, TForce, Acer, etc and most likely will get.
