Hi,
I want to know what's the process in Malaysia, if I want to interchange old car plate (parent name) to new car (my name)? I heard that I have to change the old car ownership to me first? Then only can interchange, can do it in 1 day and 1 paspukom inspection? Or any alternative way? Thanks |

both car needs to be owned by you 1st
everything else u can just handover to your SA since you said u bought a new car |

Thanks  Old car can change ownership urself 1st. save some runner fee. Just need to go Puspakom B5 (RM36.18), then bring parent to JPJ or UTC, pay RM100. After that, runner fee all inclusive for reg no interchange RM1300. |
