Yes, I agree both sides should be taken to law. Else the person who leaked this out would think he scored a win and will repeat his actions on others again in future.

Yes agree. This person can become a potential peeper tom who goes doing braver stunts such as women toilets and bathrooms once he gets away with the confidence of doxing others.

This is human psychology, if they feel that the law doesn't do proper justice, they'll take things into their own hands instead.

What the leaker did was also very wrong. If he had recorded the video, he knew that was invasion of other's privacy and could lead to defamation of the university and others he should have only shown it privately to authorities for action when reporting.
