My staff did do her blood test last two weeks ago. CEA is a tumour marker for colon cancer and it was normal. Oncologist say the best one of colonoscopy and a CT scan
Coincidentally I just knew colorectal cancer month is coming soon thanks to an oncologist video
Discovered (6 months ago) a 28mm cysts on my right thyroid gland.
Dr not recommending any procedure nor medicine. Just periodic TSH, T3, T4 blood work and ultrasound scan.
Not sitting well with this tho.
If my gut feeling is telling me that I'm not feeling comfortable with such a thing, I'll follow my intuition to request the doctor to make arrangements to remove it.

Yes. I shall talk to the Dr again. Seek 2nd opinion/review as well
One of my staff just got admitted into the hospital due to bleeding profusely whilst in the loo. Got a CT scan and here's the result she just texted me
Impression:
1.Enhancing mass of ascending colon with pericolonic and abdominal lymphadenopathy, associated luminal stenosis and proximal colonic dilatation.
2. Ill-defined segment 5 liver lesion, suspicious of liver metastasis. The rest of the well-defined liver lesions likely liver cysts.
So within the span of a year I have seen my wife getting diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer, my aunt with stage 3 lung cancer and one of my long time staff who's been with me for 12 over years get diagnosed with colon cancer that has spread to her liver.
The fuck man. It's damn tiring living day by day hearing loved ones getting cancer.
I'm sorry to hear this. I reckon she succumbed to cancer?
Today one is deteriorating kidney function. Origin cause i forgot, but she refused to get treatment. Then her family still on her with oxygen for 33 days in ICU. Doesn't wanna let go, while got bleeding from nose, eye, ear already.

Ah shit. Our country is backwards when other countries are recognizing self euthanization. A respectful way to go out on one's terms
As a patient, my doctor that discover mine joke that nose cancer is the mildest among all and shall be lucky to get that among others. I then reply the medical doctor by saying .. Why would anyone want cancer in the first place ..
I guess she try to light up the somber awkward moment once the result is out but stil ... =.=!!
Anyway, my symptoms last for years before pandemic and after 2 years or more only I choose to do a medical check up base on my instinct .. guess, more than just a heat bump that appear on and off
All the doc that I have gone through also puzzle to find out (i.e Stage 4 due to visibility of lump) and is contained. Guess thanks to my picky eating diet ..
Now, I work casually for past time and planning for an upcoming oversea trip as life is full of dramatic event happening (this include office bitching .. yeah .. I say it and it's out there .. have it)

These cases are getting younger. The experts suspect the processed food, overnight dishes bring this. I am glad i managed to bring my father for earlier intervention that he is now fully recovered. Entering year 10 since diagnosis.
Sorry to be pedantic but metastatic breast cancer is incurable. Once kena it's forever until death comes knocking
Not true. Metastatic cancer can be cured with immunotherapy. They did it with some mets tumour to the brain. But there is a catch. Not everyone responded to it. For non responder they found the cause. Usually lacking the bacteria akkermansia in the gut. You can search up what I just said. That's why I have been telling you food is very important. Eating pomegranate is one of the way to grow akkermansia.

Go look up what I just said. Jimmy carter metastatic skin cancer to the brain. Brain mets and freaking immunotherapy work. Immune system kick in and get rid of the cancer.
William Li, a US based physician and author own mother metastatic cancer. Also immunotherapy works and kick in rid the cancer.
This is 2 different cancer where it have been shown to work. Possible it can work for metastatic breast cancer.Possible it cant. If it's me I will listen all angle and won't be closed minded.
