Kota Bharu: Polis Kelantan mendedahkan ramai pengasas produk dan pempengaruh di Kelantan terbabit dengan kegiatan pengedaran dadah dan penggubahan wang haram.


Ketua Polis Kelantan, Datuk Mohd Yusoff Mamat, berkata ia berdasarkan beberapa tangkapan yang dilakukan sebelum ini.


Katanya, kebanyakan mereka menggunakan modus operandi sama iaitu menggunakan perniagaan untuk menyembunyikan kegiatan jenayah.

"Kes pertama membabitkan tangkapan pengasas produk bersama dadah bernilai RM5 juta pada 2020.


"Perniagaan nampak berjaya, namun sebenarnya menjadi topeng kepada kegiatan haram.

"Kes kedua pula pada 2021 membabitkan tangkapan usahawan kosmetik bergelar Datin atas kesalahan mengedar dadah.

"Mereka menggunakan modus operandi sama iaitu menggunakan perniagaan untuk menyembunyikan jenayah.

"Kes ketiga pula berkaitan sindiket dadah dikuasai ahli perniagaan di Kelantan sebagaimana dilaporkan pihak media pada tahun lalu.

"Polis mengesan ahli perniagaan yang menjadi dalang sindiket dadah di negeri ini, mereka cuci duit haram melalui perniagaan dan guna individu lain untuk mengaburi pihak berkuasa," katanya menerusi TikTok.

Beliau turut memberi amaran kepada pihak berkenaan tindakan tegas akan diambil sekiranya mereka terbabit dalam kegiatan dadah.

"Undang-undang tidak mengenal pangkat atau gelaran, jika terbabit, tindakan tegas akan diambil.

"Ini amaran kami di Ibu Pejabat Polis Kontinjen (IPK) Kelantan bahawa kami tidak akan berkompromi dengan anak muda dan pempengaruh yang terbabit dengan jualan dadah," katanya.

Vida is pretty legit. She didn’t get rich overnight. Her high profit margin of timbang kilo cosmetic products made her rich over almost 30 years in business. The questionable ones are those overnight millionaires.

IGP: Influencers profiting from smuggled Thai beauty products


KOTA BARU: The rising trend of influencers and cosmetic entrepreneurs buying untaxed beauty products from Thailand without approval from the Health Ministry and the Royal Malaysian Customs Department is causing growing concern.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain said these products, smuggled illegally due to their lower prices in Thailand, are being sold at marked-up rates in the Malaysian market.

"This issue is not new, but it has become increasingly alarming. The General Operations Force (GOF) has carried out major seizures of illegally imported beauty and health products," he told Bernama today.

According to Razarudin, some influencers and traders exploit the price gap by purchasing untaxed stock from Thailand and reselling it in Malaysia at much higher prices.
