Yes, I do.

There are Malaysian and Indonesian restaurants here, obviously nothing as elaborate as back home in Malaysia, but it will do.

One thing you'll quickly learn while living overseas is that your palate can change quite quickly.

Now I find myself yearning for Mexican food more than Asian food most of the time.

Congratulations!

So I wonder, what happened to Vivian ?

My best guess is.. Borderline ugly aunty, still airport, because no duit for tek job.

No husband, if have also low income ones

Actually, there are many ways to start a new life.

Like in Mexico itself is good enough. Instead of cbp officer, could just walk to any prc minimart or restaurant owners to get shady ic.

Actually to think of it, Thailand itself also enough, laylow new ic, get plastics surgery.

No need go all the way to be Asian milf pornstar in California.

I haven't talked to her in 10 years.

Last time I talked to her was in 2015, I messaged her on WhatsApp to see if she would like to escape to the US like I did.

I entered the US in 2014, but I haven't stabilized myself yet at that time, but in 2015, I felt stable enough to bring her over.

But she refused to leave and wanted to just "finish the court case in Malaysia" and move on with her life.

The truth is, if she had come back then, she would also have a valid case for asylum just like I did.

She would have also become a US citizen by now like me.

As for the path she chose, I know from our common friends that she dated a few guys after me, I'm not sure if she got married, but I highly doubt it.

She bought a new Perodua Axia not long after I left, so I don't think she's doing that poorly.

She probably works in a normal office job now and lives a quiet life.

Anyone follows her on Facebook or Instagram?

Actually my judge, Judge Lee O'Connor, is one of the toughest judges you could get.

QUOTE
O’Connor, who was appointed to the bench in 2010, is known for being tough: Between 2014 and 2019, he has denied 96 percent of asylum cases.

Source: https://immigrationcourtside.com/category/i...ge-lee-oconnor/

I told my lawyer, "OMG, this guy has a super-low approval rate, are we going to be okay!?"

My lawyer said, "Stay cool, we do our best, just remember what we rehearsed."

My lawyer was very good, he spent hours Skyping me and rehearsing before the trial, with him playing the government attorney cross-examining me on my BKT case, just to make sure I said all the right things.

Turns out, my case was one of the 4% he approved.

This puts into perspective just how hard it is to actually get asylum from a US judge.

The asylum system is so clogged up with BS/fabricated claims from bad actors that the approval rates are very very low.

This is why I would never encourage anyone to follow my path.

Your chances of success are actually very low.

Correct, you can't deny the veracity of my claims, due to the mountain of evidence.

The #1 reason why asylum cases are denied is because they simply don't have evidence corroborating their claims.

So it's their word vs. the judge's willingness to believe them, and most judges don't take these claims seriously:

"Oh, I was harassed by extremist groups in my country."

"Oh, the police beat me up for protesting."

"Oh, they tried to put me in jail for being homosexual."

Easy for anyone to say anything without proof or documentation.

In my case, my lawyer asked his assistant to print out every single possible media article on my case (of which there were hundreds) and submit all of it as evidence.

With all the evidence, the only remaining thing to do is to determine if my case falls within the definition of asylum, which it did.

I know in Malaysia mocking religion is considered sedition or a crime, but in the US it's considered unthinkable to even fine someone for their social media posts, let alone throw them in prison.

I was also lucky that I got a sensible judge instead of a woke SJW activist judge.

Mate you got the jackpot, but you worked your ass off and with a will of not giving up. Thanks for replying btw. Been to the states a few times but the taxation and tipping i got confused.

The one thing people ask there is where you are from generally, not what's your religion. I could have had a life overseas but i decided to come back and take care of my sick dad. And that was ages ago.

Too be honest what you did was stupid but it shouldn't have garnered the anger it did. As you can see that kid eating getting slapped, the perpetrator has not been reprimanded.

Do a movie, what we expected has completely backfired.

I stopped shooting porn for a while (since 2023) due to my citizenship application.

I needed a nicer-looking citizenship application, and I didn't want to say I was an "adult film actor" on my application.

Especially since good moral character was a requirement for naturalization.

That said, I'm mostly running my SaaS products now, and when I say that, I'm really just mostly bumming around, because my business is mostly passive. 😂

She was actually very sweet.

She arrived 2 hours early on set (I was already there), and she walked up towards me and sat on my lap lol.

(I think she knew we were going to be intimate soon anyway, might as well break the touch barrier now so our on-screen chemistry will be better.)

And she started making small talk with me and telling me her life story.

Probably one of the kindest of the female talents I've encountered.
