Guys, I am posting this for a friend whose brother just committed suicide. She's looking for an expert who can unlock his Google Pixel and MacBook without password / factory reset. She wants to retrieve information inside to find out why.

Anybody know any expert who can do it?

For google..can try asking 3rd party mobile shops.

For MacBook, the only way is to go ask Apple for help.

sorry to hear that, hopefully once the phone can be unlocked, then you can try to reset apple id password from there using the email client in the phone, macbook is quite hard to break, even you reach out to apple also there is nothing much they can do

MacBook need to email to Apple support & provide proof of purchase. they can unlock it remotely. if no proof of purchase then gone case liao.

That's not possible, anyone who claim that they can unlock it is a scam.

If MacBook and Google Pixel, uses fingerprint / facial recognition, most likely need to get the fingerprint / face ID unlock...
not sure it works for deceased.

I actually asked the same question ... Body was cremated already ... Suicide happened last year July but she only collected the items from police yesterday after they confirmed no foul play but wouldn't tell her anything else
