Note that if the AGC did not give DNAA, the sensitive slapping case would go to a full  trial in court = would be in the news for some time to come = prolonging heated debates on socmed.

Maybe the AGC wanted to avoid the case going to trial.

Maybe if got another similar slapping incident by the same culprit or by other copycats, then the AGC won't give DNAA anymore.

Majistret: Encik Razak, mahkamah tidak boleh menerima pengakuan salah yang bersyarat seperti “saya tak akui fakta kes betul-betul, tapi saya nak mengaku salah sebab saya ada tanggungan”.
