Can someone "citizen arrest" us if they suspect we are Muslim but not Muslim and eating during puasa ?

For example, I am non-Muslim but look like Muslim, during lunch hour I am eating in restaurant.

One uncle ask me show IC to prove I am non-Muslim, I ignored him and resume my meal. Uncle call religious authorities to come check me.

I finished my meal and want return to office because my break time is over but religious authorities not yet come.

Can the uncle (and his friends) prevent me from going back to office with the justification he suspect I am a Muslim eating during puasa and "arresting" me until religious authorities can come verify.

Isn't this what happened already ? Religious authorities received tips of Zina case, then raid house/hotel.

Sadly might escalate to this one day if we are not careful.

Like imagine a Muslim hiker lost in forest for 6 days, and finally found a way out.

His first instinct is to go to nearest shop and buy water and drink because he is severely dehydrated.

Then one person without investigating straight tampar or even beat up the poor hiker.
