Hi guys,

Those staying in high rise, I'll need some inputs from you guys. Would it better to go for high floor or low floor? Unit will have 40 floors in total.

Besides, another concern of mine is, the unit is literally beside of an expressway, hence would be dusty and noisy for higher unit. For lower unit there will be more units to temper both but drawback is pest issue.

High unit - top floor hot, every 1 floor up + 2k, have to wait long time for lift to come, if top floor sometimes water leaking from ceiling.

Low unit - good investment for rental because lower price, hear footsteps and dragging furniture upstairs, easy to move furniture in and out as lift faster come.

Yeah cost is also an issue. Mine is about 3 to 7k per floor.

Unfortunately, I'm on public housing, hence no renting out. It's for long term stay until I downgrade when I'm old. Lol
