yes, so poco needs to consider health level now.... healthy or not... if not, look after health

90k is really good, if it's near to mamak/ 99 speedmart/ kopitiam... its not a bad choice at all

you can deisgn your place nicely, but the size is a bit too small for my liking, 20+ ok, 60 you do wish you have a larger house

They prefer easiest way out..

I've asked loan before. They basically won't give unless you've insurance in some ways.

Have you bought a property with insurance before

nothing right or wrong.

the 750 is 3 bedroom some more. past 5 years, price never changed. with our property situation, do you think price will UUU? Maybe for those near MRT station, but majority no.
