Checking on Polis Saman via SMS

Does anyone know if checking on polis summons via sms still work? It worked previously but now when I tried, it doesn't seem to work anymore when sent to numbers 15888 and 32728.
Apart from the MyBayar PDRM app, is there any other online service to check on police summons via sms or online by just inserting the car number plate? |

Last time I tried their online PDRM website. It's hopeless.

I've read the google playstore reviews largely saying the MyBayar app is also useless....?

btw how nowadays how to pay saman on behalf of others ? the mybayar website only allow you to check your own saman
