Hi, forumers. I'm currently looking for advice on how to proceed further to claim warranty for the monitor I bought from Neotez (which is carry by PCByte) where I try to reach out to them but all I receive is just silent treatment. I'm being frustrated on this issue because it has been going on for about 2 weeks, and i'm not sure how to file a report at consumer tribunal.

My monitor is purchased on 7th Jan 2023 where it comes with 3 years warranty. I first msg to them (Neotez OS) via Lazada Chat on

After digging a while, I found out this brand was carry by PCByte hence I tried to msg them as well in Lazada Chat but I'm getting the same thing as well, read message with no respond.

Since the brand carrier itself doesn't want to fulfill their own warranty to their client, I'm kinda lost on what is the next step should i go. Should I just abandon the idea of claim warranty and let it be or go to their warehouse at Puchong to protest?

Good warning for future, don't buy unknown brand, especially those without physical headquarters. Not worth it to save the few hundred

That brand doesn’t even have its own website, which says a lot about its lousy after-sales support.

at the time of buying, I saw a few local blog like racuntech and some others that I can't recall was promoting this monitor, the price was really attractive plus the spec is decent for a ultrawide curve monitor, so.... I was 50/50 when buying this monitor, until I search around the web to know that this brand was carry by PCByte and they also operating in Australia, so i thought it could be trusted...

At the time of buying this monitor, this brand has its own website but now it is gone, I noticed it about a year ago, around the time they sold out this monitor and never replenish stock. So i was predicted this is going to happen some time in the future but never expected it was this soon...

I don't know how much was the equivalent monitor. I check now Acer Nitro similar specs only 1k can get on shopee official Acer mall. At most it's a few hundred difference, I would always pay up for known brand. Long lasting and good warranty is valuable itself, whether it's 50sen hair tie or 10k TV.

There's so much cheap bs from china nowadays on Temu or Alibaba or whatever, it's very cheap but quality is so bad it's basically disposable. Just a waste of money because you have to buy twice. Waste of our limited resources too.
