Which the best way to contact AEON CREDIT stop keep calling me, SMS and today whatsapp me for debt? All name he mention is malay guy, i tell him, reply him i not malay

Is not possible i block as use too many number, some auggest me change phone number but cause trouble for ppl frequent contact me

I don remember, but not this year i got go to balai polis, balai say just ignore as not my name

The list have been spread to many other agency and they have no idea what going on , unless u change number else no there method

just answer the call and say wrong number la.they can hear chinese n malay sound like..sooner or later they will put remark there 1 la

1. block and block (I’ve more than 1000 numbers blocked number accumulated)
2. Answer, but don’t need to speak or talk, continue do your own stuff until they hang up.
3. Answer, put it next to anything, music, movie, song let them listen (usually last for 1 minutes, it’s like their KPI if called is answered, need to be at least 1 minutes)

Note: they can’t call you more than 3x per day if can’t reach out to you

But the called is answered (refer to 1&2), then they stop call for the day.

I have the same issue. Every now and then will receive call from debt collectors looking for a Malay person. Sometimes I just tell them this number does not belong to the person they are looking for. I also had this number for more than 10 years.

just pick up waste their time..

eventually they will know they are looking for the wrong person

and no, you shouldnt be changing number due to aeon incompetent system having a wrong number

I got same issue as well, but mine is from ASB, MARA and etc looking for previous owner of my number.

Does those apply load ppl cincai put number? No verify?

Email BNM about harassment even though already tried to contact them.

Sometimes people tend to give random numbers or fake numbers to avoid those company to trace them 😎💭🔥

Got once I telling them please rectify in their system. After that no more. But not aeon credit.

Call the hotline will make you frustrated. Can try contact via social media, usually they got a team handle different kind of enquires. Response would be faster from social media.
