I went to trafik last time to pay, and they did give me discount, but not until 70% la. Then I decided not to proceed and wait for discount.

Nobody said anything about any surcharge. You do the deed, you pay the summon in full for your scumminess. Don't be expecting discounts until open thread in serious kopitiam

From my experienced, you don't have to pay full amount when pay early, they just ask you to pay rm150 or slightly less, if im not mistaken
