Hi, I would like to inquiry about KWSP Acc 2 for House Loan installment, or Reducing House Loan.

Regarding to the House Loan document that need to be submitted, is it the whole copy of the Deed of Assignment only, or other type of document that has given by bank ?

sweat.gif worth? with recent years the EFP dividend %
if taking out EPF for buying house DP or renovation due to short of cash flow, then understandable, but taking out to reduce house loan, is your housing loan interest higher than 5%? (why not refinance if high interest?)

Did this last year. Reduce principal.

Bank document, bank sent to them.
I remember only need to bring copy of ic. Once approved, they'll let u know what docs to bring.

Its surprisingly easy process.

Ya, actually the withdrawal is for house renovation purpose, which is the correct option to withdraw acc 2 funds to personal saving account ?
