How to register a poor family for e-Kasih?, I wan, Can anyone help?

I try this link to help register some poor family that I know about (friends, relatives, etc), but it say this is auto register by "banci"? Meaning I cannot help the poor family register ka? Or I need to call Kebajikan to help them register? |
