I guess there's a bit of push for public transport nowadays, and seems like from prospectus they are using most of the proceeds (75%+) on buying more buses, EV charging infra (EV seems like a hot topic nowadays) + hardware upgrades and AI. remaining 22% on working capital.

The 1.22 pricing tho is quite high. Not confident it can do well with the current climate even if the IPO money is used on good things
