I cannot understand what you ere saying. I usually set the amount to fill by Liter, not MYR. I usually put 25L into my MyVi. When I select CC as payment, the message will say RM51.25 would be on hold as payment. Sometimes (well may times maybe) I could only fill less than 25L because it is full already because there was still much petrol in the tank. The actual charge would be less than RM51.25, not RM51.25. Same like when you go to hotel, they will swap your card like deposit, but when you checked out, they will swap again for actual amount.

So, there would be no refund because actual charge is not RM5 in your case. You can check your CC statement.

I always use CC. After finish pump I get the msg from Setel for actual amount charged. Never experience something like yours though. I use the wallet only when I convert my point into cash in its Setel e-wallet.

akan refund but lambat...last time setel deduct my card isi rm30 tolak extra rm60(30 tolak next day + 30 next next day), support said wil refund 3-5 days tp almost a month br refund
