Ok. I know we can't solely depends on the forecast. For me its one of the guides / reference , definitely not the deciding factor

Target price is useless.

The upgrade or downgrade rating is more important

When topglove was downgrade from buy to hold, or overweight to neutral, that is the time to sell

On which one is more accurate, pick the most pessimistic ones. TA or Kenanga I think. I don't look at research report so often.. Better do your own research

I take an average of the analysts' views. Then I do my own TA too. Combine these two actions, and set my prices based on what my desired action is, which are mostly :-
1) Entering a fresh position.
2) Averaging down on an existing position.
3) Averaging-UP on an existing position.
4) Cutting-loss, fully or partially.
5) Taking profit, fully or partially.

I hate doing 3) above,....... but this almost always happens to me.

Most if not all free analyst reports or price target is for retailers, and accurate when trending. Paid clients often have preview before publication or published to catch.
