Any recommended tinted shop with good workmanship in Penang? Budget around RM500. My priority is more on heat rejection.
What is difference between IRR vs TSER?

QUOTE(NZ3026 @ Mar 4 2025, 10:01 AM) You might want to try UV Kool. I have used it for two cars and am satisfied with the price and installation. I paid around RM800+ for my Axia and RM1200+ for my SUV. Can I know the spec you choose? VLT %? IRR %? TSER %? thickness?

QUOTE(prdkancil @ Mar 4 2025, 10:49 AM) AgardĀ sputter HD Visible Light Transmission (VLT): 70% - 05% Darkness Options: 30%, 50%, 65%, 80%, 95% Infrared Rejection (IRR): 98% Ultraviolet Rejection (UVR): 99% Total Solar Energy Rejection (TSER): From 65% to 85% Sputter HD will affect RFID scanning sensitivity? Heard that it will block the GPS and mobile phone signal as it uses metallic coating. Does that true? This post has been edited by goolie: Mar 4 2025, 10:53 AM

I found 1 car tinted shop in Penang.
Nano Ceramic Carbon UVR 99% IRR 95% 2HD 2 mil thickness Warranty 5 years US tinted paper
Can choose VLT from 30%-95%
Whole car tinted RM299 Add RM1 for SunX 8 inch
Do you think it is a good deal? Should I go for it? What else do I need to check and ask?
