Any recommended tinted shop with good workmanship in Penang? Budget around RM500. My priority is more on heat rejection.

I found 1 car tinted shop in Penang.
Nano Ceramic Carbon UVR 99% IRR 95% 2HD 2 mil thickness Warranty 5 years US tinted paper Can choose VLT from 30%-95% Whole car tinted RM299 Add RM1 for SunX 8 inch Do you think it is a good deal?
