Anyone else has problem with Bank Islam after the, BIMB mobile app migration?

Transfer from BeU to Bank Islam is relatively ok, i suppose. manage to open BI account.
i think what is not obvious is after opening an account from Be U, you need to wait abit for the "email of details update" which indicate the verification by Bank Islam for Be U customers is done.
Also thanks to the feedback here, somehow the FDs from BeU can only be viewed in the web version, not the app version.
I have also started placing NEW FD with BI. so all good i guess.

Just transferred money from my BEU account to BIMB after FD matured. Then I try to make new FD with BI.. unfortunately, the promo only works with fresh cash from other banks ....so I transferred out to Maybank and make the BI FD FPX from Maybank.
So far only Ambank not so leceh, can accept promo FD from its own savings...after all, everyone does this in and out anyway.. By discouraging transfer of money, the money likely to stay back with them.
