Make appointment or in my case walked in to another Maybank branch after I call them to confirm machine is working. Confirmed working and when I reached, machine broken but they have called repairman, waited for 1 hour for it to back working.

Sometimes the machine rosak during coin counting because user just do bulk depositing and cause the machine to malfunction.

If you are using the machine, make sure you depositing in orderly manner and take any foreign object that you might have. Foreign coins nvm as machine will reject, if machine reject legit coins, keep depositing until machine accept.
