sit in front instead of rear.

usually rear especially the belakang seats easier to get car sick. (i think same as airplane but idk bc i dont sit on planes much)
sitting middle seats help abit but sit in front least dizzy.

try to avoid using phone in car especially if can see outside with corner of your eye, confirm dizzy.

my wife also easy car sick, these are the steps we take to reduce lah, aside from car sick medicine which we dont take as of now.

edit: usually only car sick when sitting in vellfire as well. x70 kadang2. sit in front what car also no dizzy.
