I have been using Hotlink for banking (TAC number vertifying) in Perth Australia for last couple year without issues, but recently Hotlink have been show no service when in Perth, have been calling Hotlink over the phone, but does not solved any of this problem, Kindly if anyone here facing same issues?

if not will not work for legal reasons

a phone which cannot call emergency services is not legal in most parts of the western world
