Hi I would like to get some advice. I just got a sub-sale old condo unit, about 20-30 years old. I would like to know if this is the correct flow to go about it.
1. Check electrical and plumbing wear & tear / safety
2. Replace wiring, lights, pipes if needed
3. Remove flooring
4. Do paint work and floors/tiling
5. Redo kitchen
6. Redo bathroom
7. Add furnitures and move in
Did I simplified it too much? Do let me know if I missed out anything important and if any of the orders should be rearranged.
Thank you!
For such old unit, better to just replace all internal wiring and piping. Don’t even need to check. It will be a lot of pain later and might be even more cost as well. Any aesthic can be secondary.1. Check electrical and plumbing wear & tear / safety
