Hi I would like to get some advice. I just got a sub-sale old condo unit, about 20-30 years old. I would like to know if this is the correct flow to go about it.

1. Check electrical and plumbing wear & tear / safety
2. Replace wiring, lights, pipes if needed
3. Remove flooring
4. Do paint work and floors/tiling
5. Redo kitchen
6. Redo bathroom
7. Add furnitures and move in


Did I simplified it too much? Do let me know if I missed out anything important and if any of the orders should be rearranged.
