I remember they used to have Mr dollar few years ago, and they also used to carry more food and snacks in their inventory. Now Mr dollar gone and much less food stuff in Mr DIY outlets

i see their financial statement actually the gross margin and net margin is not bad.. got huge free cash flow more than 600mil generated from their business operation.. just that they use huge amount of the cash to pay off their debts.. probably they expand so aggressive need to borrow lots of money to fund the expansion.. and the inventory is too big 1 billion wow.. not sure if the turnover is slow making the inventory to balloon up

Price so darn expensive. I can buy from Shopee at 1/4 the price if its not urgent. That explained their 40% gross margin.

There's some Mr DiY outlet smaller with limited range of goods to choose. Those bigger outlet will have a more complete range.

Mr DIY Group is in 13 countries with over 4000 stores. If i recall correctly, PagpagLand has over 500 locations, and BolehLand has over 1000.
