Recently I came across a job hunt and been in interview with one china based company in Malaysia. I search across all online still got limited pieces of information about the company.
Is it safe working with a china based company in Malaysia?
My worry is they suddenly fire employee and may left me no job, late salary payment and also unstablity due to the company is not Malaysia based.
Should I proceed? Any advice and thanks in advance.

QUOTE(COOLPINK @ Feb 27 2025, 02:51 PM) No such thing as guaranteed employment in todays workforce. I got hear horror stories and praise about china mnc company. No harm to go for interview and judge for yourself the working environment. For sure I know will have good or bad. Just trying to see whether bad experience here is more than good or vice versa because I couldn't find their Malaysia company information online other than the china one

QUOTE(kesvani @ Feb 27 2025, 03:27 PM) Dont have to be their slave . If work max for few months due to projects then it still acceptable. If continue like this few month and ad hoc/small projects also work max with no end in sight then can plan exit already or prepare unplan resignation. Based on my own experiences after first time working in China company for 1 1/2 year and I am the only employee with no epf though salary kinda match the workload. But now with constant OT it no longer worth it Malaysia registered company name wor....they can don't give you EPF? If no EPF....I need to demand 15% on top of my asking salary ady

QUOTE(HappyA_Q @ Mar 2 2025, 07:24 AM) China company is the last company you would want to join. They will squeeze you to the last drop of your blood. Doesn't matter if they are big MNCs, they will work you hard, but of course they will compensate you to certain extent. And if you are willing to spend time on working, you will learn a lot too. Noted and thanks for the feedback given. I have gone to the interview and meet their big boss. basically the attitude they show is same like what feedback here.... thanks anywhere.
