both company will be offering same salary? how far is the company from your home? what is your ecpected role?

there are a lot of questions you need to ask yourself.

usually you will roughly know if they want to hire you or not during interview. if comp A offer you, let say this friday, you can say let you think for fe days then ask comp B if there is any chance next week.

Comp A and Comp B salary almost the same with maybe few benefits here and there. Difference is the location.
Comp A's location is somewhere within KLCC area whilst Comp B is in Cyberjaya area. I'm OK with both because I myself not from KL, so I got the leverage of relocation (not tie to 1 area).

Comp B is MNC (datacenter industry) while Comp A seems like SME (BPO industry). I personally see more growth (things to learn) in Comp B just because of the industry it focuses.
Yeah, I was thinking of pulling this move la.. because A wanted to onboard me by next week. Which is really fast. (Im not sure why they dont have a 1month buffer hiring timeline). Is it okay to leave during training week tho and do I have to 'formally' tender resignation ah?

grab the lower hanging fruit first I would say. anyhow, if you join comp A then wana quit during first month, you still need to tender resgination formally. you are abided by the contract, who knows the offer from comp b never arrive, then at least you can feed yourself.

DC role need to standy 24 x 7 or not? usually if you are technical, that is a shift job. while you can earn OT. and more work life balance in MNC "usually"

BPO I am not so familiar with. SME usually less work life balance depends on the boss tongue.gif
