both company will be offering same salary? how far is the company from your home? what is your ecpected role?
there are a lot of questions you need to ask yourself. usually you will roughly know if they want to hire you or not during interview. if comp A offer you, let say this friday, you can say let you think for fe days then ask comp B if there is any chance next week. |

DC role need to standy 24 x 7 or not? usually if you are technical, that is a shift job. while you can earn OT. and more work life balance in MNC "usually" BPO I am not so familiar with.
