In this case I would suggest you to just take the company A and work for a year or 2 before looking out again. Opportunities are always there. Instead of making ur name busuk and risking losing offers from both companies. This is a different game if YOU ARE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED which you can afford to wait and look for better opportunities.
