Hello everyone, I wonder if anyone has someone who is lawyer and specialized in family law , or even anyone of you have some knowledge.

Let me start little story of situation.

I'm divorced in 2019 and 3 children custody is with their mother with child support per month. Until today I never miss or delay of any payment

Fast forward today, ex is remarried with 2 new children and my 3 children still with their mother

For my current situation, I'm currently running several places for business purpose. Mainly MY/Saigon , sometimes eu / na for few months.

I'm thinking to take over these 3 children back to me for the sake of children future and education.

I had some several discussion with their mother and she's totally ok of it, via oral conversational agreement.

Quick question, do I need to get legal help or even court order of it in case their mother change of mind expectedly?

Or if anyone has some contact I can refer to would be great too.

For your case, its doable. First I assume you have obtained a Consent Judgment and entered into Decree Nisi years ago to annul your marriage and divorced her, which custody of the children was given to the ex wife.

what you should be doing now is to vary the consent judgment, with valid justifications, and actually if she remarries, you need not to be paying maintenance anymore, you may drop me a line with the paper works for preliminary advises.
