I think it's some regulations/changes at the custom/courier
had 2 orders during CNY period
first one was finally delivered after long delay (when the local courier thought they havent received it, but I just received it one day out of the blue)
second one was cancelled before it was picked up from their warehouse, and i got the refund shortly after

Either custom got stricter or their courier partner for malaysia fucked up. shall wait and see
