I know telegram can do so if you are premium users. How about Whatsapp?

I tried from a contact what we Whatsapp before but it doesn't work. Still can receive the message.

Yes, you are correct. Courier...I can't remember. May be I need to buy a new phone to separate it and change the contact number for those important matters like banks, couriers etc.
