Hi all, I have a question and hope to get some advice.

I currently have an RM310K active loan with RHB which I am paying progressive interest. Bank already disburse total 220k now.

I called RHB and they mentioned I can do early commencement of installment but they will need to make a report to release the remaining 90k early to the developer.

with this then I can pay installment which can deduct principal and not only progressive interest.

Can I know if this is a good idea to early release the money to developer so I can start early installment?

If you're on flexi loan, I think you can pay a lump sum into the loan account right? If you can, then there's no need to release the 90k early to the developer as it will incur interest as well.
