they put the name Cybersouth, can sell rm600k. If maintain Dengkil/Dengkil North, RM500k also people think thrice to buy. but the area is better than Dengkil side. Saves for when you go into KITA vicinity. Now that feels like an actual Dengkil.

Is it because of it being a fully Malay reserves?

bcoz they develop to fast on KITA area. too many high rise. and take ages to expand the road. what are they thinking lol.

casa/avalon area still okay. and these past week, they've been trimming the trees near lake. looks very nice.
