we went yesterday... Surprisingly the units facing the forest almost fully sold, I'm quite doubtful leh...

Went today to ICE, thinking of getting the type E but price seems quite steep for a leasehold condo.
Apparently most units facing the park is soldout. |

Have to do some additional work on the windows but late evening will have a good view on the balcony. |
