Consider normal if compared with the land recently acquired by Eco Forest 2 (847.25 acres)

maybe Eco Kesuma? Eco Heights?....hm

I visited their showroom and they told me it will be named Eco Forest also .. it will be the existing development expansion

As per Ecoworld quarter report, they seem already named it as ECO RADIANCE.

Can see the long q of cars to go down jln Semenyih from lekas, those stay in kesuma and broga area including this M legasi, eco forest and diamond city will use this road and endure the jam The other way is to go straight to pass the Semenyih toll and use either Eco Hill exit or Majestic exit, but both will need to drive another 20km to get to broga and kesuma area, and need to go through traffic light junction also.

20 x60 for RM650k ???

Prolly before discount.

But then gamuda gardens park 20x60 is sellin at 700k+ nett

Just check last week, for 20x60 = RM 560k +-

No one living in Kesuma or Eco Forest using the Jalan Semenyih exit via Lekas

Most using the Majestic exit .. nearer

At least got 1 is the person I know, to save 1.82 or 1.13, lol, crazy.

Don't think it is nearer, from semenyih toll to EM need 10km, I m using it every day. Most of them are using ecohill toll and pay 1.13, then pass through either ecohill or go to majestic, depend which area they stay. That is why nowadays can't use ecohill toll anymore, jam like hell

Nearer i mean the time taken to reach the destination

The amount of traffic lights and traffic jams to save 1.82 cents is not worth it

Need to speed very fast from semenyih toll to majestic toll due to the longer distance. And nowadays from majestic to EF road the traffic is increasing, yet the link road is very narrow, and many junction along the route. Now maybe still can do like this, as majestic toll no jam, but once all condo are occupied, then hard to say in future.

This was took on yesterday 7pm, google suggest to use ecohill toll instead of majestic toll, now is school holiday so traffic still consider smooth.

On normal day, according to my friend who stay in EF, if u use jln Semenyih, need abt 40 minutes, if use ecohill toll is abt 30-35, due to the saving of time is not significant to him, so he rather "jam" slowly to get to home, lol.

Wah so its official. Beranang is the next puncak alam!

Yup, Semenyih, Beranang is the next Shah Alam, majority of house buyers here are type M from other states. A lot of them are goverment staffs working in Putrajaya etc.

They live, work and have family here.
