Do you downloading movie such as .avi/.mp3 etc format files?
Coz i having slow speed when DL those file with the .avi format
But .rar file is having good speed

Not depend on your IP
Your speed is solely affected by which server do you download from MU.
If your download from the server that colo near MY then you get high speed

Note:

252 is the server name.
you will randomly given a server to dl

Try check the server number.
If it still the same you get the same speed no matter what IP u using
